This is the ultimate bartending
training program in the Seattle area!
Our course features the most up to date and
thorough program out there.
We go beyond the basic drink recipe schools and
teach all aspects of the industry.
Students learn the popular drinks served in bars
and restaurants as well as: customer service skills,
brand recognition, liquor and spirit knowledge, garnish
preparation, suggestive selling and safe alcohol serving
skills. We also work with local distilleries, breweries,
and major spirit brands for product knowledge seminars.
After completion of our training, our graduates have the
skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to work behind
a bar!
Courses are offered with flexible
scheduling and we offer unlimited classes.
Students are able to take refresher courses and
repeat classes as often as they like!

Our program and instructors are registered with the
Washington State Workforce Training and Education
Coordinating Board.
We are also a provider for the Washington State
Mandatory Alcohol Server Training Program; a requirement

Control Board.

FUN
NIGHT OUT BARTENDING CLASSES-
We also offer two bartending classes for those who don’t
want a career in the industry but still want to learn
about alcohol and some basic bartending skills for home
and parties.
These classes are a small part of what we teach in our
full course. Classes are offered on Friday or Saturday
nights for three hours.
Classes are perfect for the at home bartender who
wants to impress their guests at parties!

*INTRO TO BARTENDING- $140 (Friday evenings only)
The perfect crash course for the at home bartender or
for the person who wants to learn for fun. This 3
hour introduction class covers the beginning basics of
the being behind the bar. Our skilled bartending
instructors will show you the art of bartending
including: product knowledge, pouring styles, standard
techniques, and shaking cocktails. This hands-on
course also covers a selection of drink recipes from our
certification course to help the students learn a
sampling of different styles of drinks. Students
will get the chance to work behind our mock bar,
practicing pouring drinks and refining their skills
*SPECIALTY COCKTAILS- $140 (Saturday evenings only)
A 3 hour hands-on course for the cocktail enthusiast!
Working with our professional bartending instructors,
students will start with an introduction of the bar with
pouring techniques and product knowledge. Recipes
include the always stylish Martini and Manhattans to the
trendy drinks popular today like Cosmos, Sidecars, and
the tropical exotics like Mai Tais. Students will
get the chance to work behind the school's bar
practicing and mastering the art of making drinks.
*The Intro to Bartending & Specialty Cocktails course do
not include job placement assistance or the WA Class 12
permit and are intended for fun educational purposes
only.
